About the CPD course
This Food Safety course has been designed for Forest School Leaders and those involved in campfire cooking who prepare or supervise the preparation and cooking of food outdoors. Having successfully completed Part 1 online; Part 2 is a practical session undertaken outdoors at camp where you will be furnished with a suite of documents to be used for due diligence on the day. These will also provide you with a set of templates to use in your own setting. You will be assessed on the storage; preparation and cooking of food on a campfire.
