18 Week Referral to Treatment eLearning training

The training is aimed at all healthcare staff who update clinic outcome forms and patient administration systems when managing patient pathways from referral to treatment. Patients are entitled to pledges written in the NHS Constitution; such as receiving treatment or being discharged within these entitlements. The training imparts knowledge of how to accurately record outcomes of patient pathways in order to track patients and provide the interventions required to ensure that these entitlements are met. The training consists of six comprehensive training sections; five with their own assessments and reporting suites and one for reference purposes.
