CLEAR Complete – Living Well Theme is integrated learning and working programme for clinicians working in the Primary Care context to develop new skills in data science; transformation and leadership while delivering live redesign projects in the NHS. This education programme takes place over 26 weeks and is split into four key phases: clinical engagement; data visualisation; innovation and workforce; and recommendations.
33n empowers staff to innovate and improve healthcare using education, technology, and innovation. The team is made up of NHS clinicians, educational specialists and data engineers who understand the complexities of the NHS and train frontline colleagues in data analysis and modelling, service transformation and workforce redesign to deliver sustainable change.
33n’s novel software solutions and creative data visualisation tools support system transformation to happen at pace, enhancing skills and improving patient outcomes.
33n’s projects, including the National CLEAR Programme, are shown to be cost-effective, encourage staff retention and are more likely to deliver results than other complex change programmes.
