About the CPD course

This 1 day course enables participants to apply the fundamental basics of business writing to their daily working lives. By the end of the course; participants will be able to write all forms of written communication clearly and concisely. Throughout the course; participants will learn how to structure e-mails; letters; memos; reports and use positive language to avoid miscommunication and misinterpretation. They will explore the basic fundamentals of sentencing; paragraphs; punctuation and grammar; enabling them to write with confidence as well as understand the importance of checking their work prior to distribution.
