About the CPD course

This Unconscious Bias training course is designed to increase awareness of hidden biases and their impact on decision-making and interactions. Through interactive activities; discussions; and real-life examples; participants will learn to identify different types of biases; understand their effects on personal and professional environments; and develop strategies to foster inclusion and mitigate bias. The session includes practical tools like the P.A.U.S.E. method and the Implicit Association Test (IAT) for self-assessment.
