About the CPD course

CPD training session to provide the skills and understanding enabling attendees to deliver our O5 Weeks to Wellbeing Programme for Primary Schools a train the trainer model. Attendees will learn the main objects of the workshop as well as have an opportunity to share challenges they may encounter to help overcome these. Attendees will become familiar with the course content with the aim to help children learn more about their thoughts; feelings; physical symptoms and behaviours and how they can all have an effect on each other and include adoption of helpful strategies to support emotional and mental wellbeing.
