About the CPD course
PIE and TIC are two important approaches that are essential to providing effective services to vulnerable and multiply disadvantaged groups. The negative impact of trauma on individual outcomes is well documented. Addressing these impacts; in line with best practice; is key to improving those outcomes. This one-day course; delivered in-person or online; is relevant to managers across the health and social care sector. The session will help leaders embed the principles and values of PIE & TIC approaches; feeding them into policies; local practice; processes (incl. Supervision); and the physical environment; to improve outcomes and build a supportive team culture.
Aneemo staff training and development company was established by Dr Emma Williamson (Principal Clinical Psychologist) to deliver high-quality web-based and
