The course provides a wide range of evidence-based practices specifically designed to promote and nurture a mother's mental health and wellbeing. Supporting a mother to feel whole through meaningful and purposeful action; promote positive daily habits and deepen their connection to self-identity within this new role. This program includes a guided framework facilitating both group and 1:1 work; online and offline; with ways to apply this to or fuse it with current practice; or in developing a new business.
