About the CPD course
This course explains the need for records and the steps staff should take to ensure that the documents written in a Service Users support plan are accurate; detailed; factual and follow data protection legislation. Attendees will learn the importance of using appropriate language and documenting in a person-centred way. This is accomplished through a blended learning approach involving both activities and group discussion. During the course; attendees will be expected to understand the impact of improper documentation and the possible consequences on SSSC registration.
