Whether in health, education or social care, as part of the multidisciplinary team, communications team or tertiary support, co-production is increasingly recognised as a hallmark of excellence. Using family’s stories, anecdotes, current research, reflective practice and group work and discussion, this is an interactive, dynamic and memorable training day. Every delegate will leave better informed about the priorities and perspectives of relatives and carers with practical ways to improve their future practice to promote cost effective, excellent care through effective communication and co-production.
