About the CPD course

Based on the BCO Guide to Specification; this course provides participants with learning materials on the design; development and occupation of office buildings. It provides information on the envelope; structural and building services engineering; building form; acoustics; vertical transportation; finishes & fit out; sustainability and health & wellbeing. The course is delivered on-line and is made up of the text from the latest BCO Guide to Specification 2019; with a brief self-assessment at the end of each chapter and a final exam; which can be taken twice. In case of failing both times; the user will be able to enrol again.
