As a participant of this blended learning experience; you will learn the key theoretical concepts that underpin Behavioural Science and Nudge theory (Systems of Thinking; Cognitive Biases and Values Modes). You will be introduced to the Caja CognitivQITM Methodology; enabling you to see how these theories can be applied. Throughout the programme you will be supported to test and embed your learning using a range of learning resources; case studies and practical exercises. This programme will show you how real behaviour change can be initiated in your workplace and with your customers/consumers.
