Workflow Go aims to reduce GP workload by providing a safe structure to delegate clinical correspondence to dedicated Workflow administrators. With this structure in place; GPs can focus their time on correspondence where clinical context is required and clinical records are updated in a more consistent manner leading to enhanced data quality; a better patient journey; and empowered staff. The programme is delivered with a blend of online learning; resources; and data extractions of the individual clinical systems; to help successful implementation.
