Managing Energy and Time

This is a highly practical and interactive workshop will help you feel more confident and motivated to manage your energy and time; including your work life balance. We will examine how effectively you are doing this at the moment; and help you create an action plan to maximise your energy and time. We will explore the barriers you face; including those driven by your own mindset and behaviour; identify what increases (and drains) your energy; and help you to generate positive strategies for managing this. The course is packed with practical tools; tips and techniques to help you adopt a more systematic approach to managing your time. In doing so you will get clarity on your goals and priorities; set boundaries; manage interruptions; and generate a positive personal action plan.
