About the CPD course

It is only once children have built a strong attachment with their Childminder that their levels of wellbeing will increase enough for them to have the confidence to explore their environment. It is only then that the child can become involved in activities and complex play experiences and this; in turn; leads to deep levels of learning and consequently brain growth and development. This course will look at Ferre Laevers wellbeing and involvement scales and how to identify the levels in children. You will learn how wellbeing and involvement are the foundation for childrens learning and development.
