About the CPD course

This training course delivers the tools and techniques for overcoming the challenges and barriers when working across different agency boundaries. We discuss the different levels of incidents and the command structures applicable to dealing with them. It introduces candidates to the relevant tools used to build Shared Situational Awareness, Decision making and briefing. A blended approach of presentation, group work and a tabletop exercise allow the candidates the opportunity of applying the tools to a scenario gaining a greater understanding their use.
