This course will focus on the key attributes to becoming an inspirational leader and manager which can be embedded into practice. We will discuss the role of a leader or manager within a team and consider the differences between the two roles. We will take a closer look at the characteristics of an effective leader within an early years setting. We will discuss and consider the Leadership and Management requirements within the latest Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and how you can lead and inspire an outstanding early years’ workforce.
