About the CPD course
This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of what happens before; during and after an early years inspection for childminding professionals. During this session we will discuss how Ofsted prepare for and conduct an inspection and consider the inspection criteria and determine the contribution required to achieve a positive inspection outcome. During the workshop we will discuss how you can evaluate your current performance to anticipate your grade using several approaches including peer observation.
