In this course; you will learn how to better understand suppliers objections through active listening. Most of objections have to do with resource allocation and a lack of awareness around the benefits of sustainable business practices. The initial cost of integrating sustainability into a company’s business strategy can be seen as an investment in business operations as it can be offset by other factors such as: Cost savings; Reduced risk; Positive brand association and the ability to meet consumer; Investor and supplier demand. This course presents a variety of objection scenarios and will guide you on how to respond to your supplier in each situation.
