Leading Staff Wellbeing and Promoting mental health in schools This course will offer guidance on how to promote wellbeing for staff; whose responsibility this is; and why this is so important. It will explore the implications of poor staff wellbeing and how to implement initiatives to actively monitor and support wellbeing. It also covers the importance of focusing on wellbeing for staff morale; mental health; and retention. Finally; the course covers the importance of looking after your own mental health and wellbeing as a leader; and how leaders can promote positive mental health and wellbeing for staff.
