Person-centred coaching (PCC); provides a framework that secures safety; trust; co-production; positive identity and empowerment; providing individuals with choice. PCC encompasses the different ways we think; act; communicate; move and process information; celebrating the unique strengths and perspectives of individuals with diverse neurological profiles. PCC skills workers who work with vulnerable learners; enabling them to overcome challenges; so that they can engage with the things they need to do; want to do and are expected to do; including managing environmental challenges. PCC engenders compassion and connection when working with the wide spectrum of neurological differences within any setting.
We are a non-profit specialist in additional needs, mental health and wellbeing provision and we are committed to working with individuals, families, communities, and corporate settings to lead active, healthy and fulfilling lives.
