The course will take you through all aspects of kitchen conduct including presentation in the kitchen; handwashing; and illness or injury. Youll learn to maintain a safe environment; from how to store food hygienically; and to how to prepare; cook; hold; and serve food safely. This course will also cover COVID-19 and this affects food safety procedures.
