About the CPD course
The course aims to enhance learners’ knowledge about Enteral Tube Feeding and Management. It tackles the professional and legal responsibilities; anatomy of the GI system; indications of enteral tubes; types of enteral tubes; types and parts of an enteral tube; enteral tube care and feeding; medication administration and infection control measures in the care of people with enteral tubes. This will enable the learners to demonstrate best practices in the care of people with enteral tubes.
Health and Social Care Services was founded by Riza Tongson-Espe and Gordon Ward, and born through a vision of a clinically sound and truly nurse-led bespoke complex care provision. Riza has observed the development of Complex Care delivered through business development led models, which often conflicted with client satisfaction and/or personalisation. Wanting to get away from this model gives us the freedom and scope to deliver the care we are passionate about, wholly centred upon giving you the best possible care and outcome.
