A 3 hour training course that will enable staff working within an organisation to apply LGBT+ inclusive practise by; Exploring appropriate terminology for a range of LGBT+ identities; Raising awareness and understanding of issues often faced by LGBT+ people; Understanding the legal and moral standpoint for LGBT+ inclusion; Discussing practical tips for working with LGBT+ people.
