About the CPD course
This is a 5-day course to train organizational excellence assessors. The course covers topics such as the importance of the organizational excellence awards; the concept of institutional excellence; the principles of quality; the awards criteria; the assessment process and tools and the stages and procedures of assessment. The key objectives are to prepare excellence assessors with high competence to evaluate organizational excellence according to the awards criteria. The training methodology involves presenting concepts; enabling participants to learn and apply skills and providing opportunities for interventions and case study-based learning.
