Our Food Safety and Manufacturing Skills course is designed for anyone who wants to gain Food Safety and Hygiene certification within a food manufacturing environment. Learners are taught to be vigilant and proactive with regards food hygiene; quality and packaging; what constitutes best practice and the importance of driving continuous improvement at all times. There are 10 modules of interactive eLearning followed by a recap and self-assessment questions to ensure learners thoroughly comprehend their food safety responsibilities. Content uses Plain English wherever possible; to cater for people with varying literacy levels.
