About the CPD course

The TAVI course is designed to help participants understand the fundamentals of TAVI. It is a technique that involves multiple specialists teaching; each of whom plays a vital role in the process. The primary objective is to teach the echo assessment prior to; during; and after TAVI; with the participants led through a whistle-stop tour of the additional role CT plays as well as being demonstrated in the procedure itself. Participants will then be tested with additional materials looking at the understanding of the echo and CT assessment; as well as the procedure and complications focusing on echo.
