About the CPD course

The Nursing Maverick Education Track Program is to provide learners with a thorough comprehension of soft skills; encompassing SWOT analysis; learning action plans; co-preceptor workshops; and preceptor workshops. In addition; the course aims to provide individuals with comprehensive training in essential techniques for instructing adult learners; including LCT Learning-Centred Teaching; icebreaking; training needs assessment; training evaluation and adult learners; presentation skills; effective communication of presentation skills; time management; mind mapping; and emotional intelligence. The primary objective is to assist individuals in enhancing their personal and professional aptitudes; so enabling them to become more proficient trainers and educators.
