Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt – Operational Excellence

Initial 3 day classroom-based training; followed by a gap of 4 weeks before the final 2 days. Final 2 days of training are also classroom-based with a final evaluation of the individual's understanding of the skills in the subject matter. They must present a 100 day plan demonstrating what they aim to achieve as a Black Belt and what are their critical success factors. We incorporate workshop facilitation and change management; it enhances the skills required to be an effective lean six sigma blackbelt. Attendees must have achieved a Greenbelt before attending this course; evidence is required.
