About the CPD course

This face to face workshop; delivered internally is the second in the series of our Wellbeing programme and integral to our Diversity & Inclusivity Strategy. The workshop explores the Management/Colleague relationship in a flexible working environment; relative to general communication style. The workshop is designed to promote a more empathetic and supportive management team to ensure business objectives are met with the wellbeing of team members at the fore front of our communication processes. With an emphasis on maintaining and improving levels of engagement.
