About the CPD course

This e-learning course is aimed at those who have to assess trainees. It is designed to help you to understand why assessments are so important; what the various tools are; and how to use them properly in order to carry out effective and meaningful assessments of trainees. This course has been designed for Educational Supervisors and is intended to explore and reconfirm best practice in relation to supervising and reviewing outcomes of WPBA activities from trainees. It examines some of the key principles involved in assessment and looks at the generic assessment cycle; from individuals’ responsibilities to the assessment tools that are to be used.
