About the CPD course

In this training session; you will learn about ways to improve psychological safety and inclusion for LGBTQI+ people in your workplace. There will be opportunities to reflect on what your work environment is doing well and what more could be done to further develop a sense of inclusion. You will also learn about hate crime; LGBTQI-phobia and protections against these.
