About the CPD course
A series of workshops aimed at empowering employees with disabilities and/or protected characteristics (as well as those who manage a diverse workforce); or individuals who feel marginalised through difference. The workshops introduce the latest research in the fields of understanding neurodiversity and positive psychology but in a way that is readily understandable and instantly applicable. The aim is to boost confidence; self-agency; wellbeing and assertiveness with peers and leaders; identifying and celebrating strengths; and eventually supporting the successful move into more senior roles and other promotion opportunities.
