Assessing Needs

Anyone requiring a health or social care service does so because to some degree they have needs that they are unable to meet for themselves. Assessing needs requires a range of observation skills; communication skills; record keeping skills and different workers engage with assessing needs at different stages in an individual's care. This training programme will enable health and social care workers at any level to develop and improve needs assessment skills so that positive differences in the lives of those they work with can be achieved.
