Confidentiality

Whilst most of us have a broad understanding of the concept of confidentiality; the many ways it occurs in health and social care can make knowing what to keep confidential against what is vital to share and how to straddle these situations can be complex. This SCTV training programme assists health and social care workers fulfil their duties of care (which are wide reaching) whilst maintaining varying strands of confidentiality. As ever; the emphasis is on equipping the worker to promote the best interests of the individuals they provide a health or social care service to.
