This is a bespoke course for admin & clerical staff working within endoscopy. It is relevant for all staff levels and focuses on the following topics: Endoscopy Knowledge & Skills. Productive Teamwork & Cooperation. Planning & Communication. Supporting Patients & Carers. Conducting Booking & Scheduling Effectively. Developing Resilience & Influence. We use a variety of training methods; such as small group work; case study and data analysis to deliver teaching in line with a nationally established competency framework that we expect to be implemented across the NHS over the next 12-18 months. It also provides excellent regional networking opportunities.
The North West Endoscopy Academy is an NHSE funded organisation which delivers bespoke courses across the Cheshire & Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Lancashire & South Cumbria deaneries. We are partnered with CPD to provide accredited courses for Administration & Clerical staffing which are taught against the national competency framework. We are seeking to expand this partnership to include Decontamination courses in the near future. We also deliver BCSA\JAG
accredited courses for Medical and Nursing staff groups.
