About the CPD course
Returning to work after a period of parental leave – whether you took 1 month or 12 months – is a challenging time. It is also a great opportunity. Time away from your job can give you a new sense of objectivity and becoming a parent can give you a new perspective. There are three main sections in this module designed to support you from three different angles: the emotional perspective; work/family balance and skills and practical planning for team re-integration.
