Our TRIM course is delivered by a qualified TRIM practitioner with over ten years of teaching experience in Psychology; and mental health awareness. The course is delivered across two days which are in person training sessions; with a minimum of 6 persons per course. At the end of the course; candidates will become trained in how to conduct TRIM risk assessments and ensure that they can adequately support and signpost colleagues after experiencing a traumatic event. The course comprises of both theory and practical exercises.
