The course involves looking at the purpose and benefits of Professional Supervision in Schools; the different aspects that need to be considered before it can be set up by Designated Safeguarding Leads and the roles and relationships of everyone involved in making it effective; including its structure and the recording of it to be able to demonstrate improved outcomes for children.
