Culture and Ethics

This pathway explores the role of culture within business. After an introduction to the key elements of business culture; it looks at how the FCA defines culture and what it says are its four main drivers. It also looks at how to evidence culture; membership of trade bodies; industry codes and the development of subcultures. The pathway also examines how culture can be maintained and changed within a working environment and the challenges faced during this process. It also looks at how ethics fits within culture and the importance of establishing a code of ethics for your firm.
