About the CPD course

DAC 6 came into force in the UK on 1 July 2020. It imposes a reporting obligation that will require many law firms; particularly those advising on matters that are international in scope; to report the matters to HMRC. This course is for COLPs and senior compliance staff in UK law firms; and will provide them with a basic understanding of DAC 6 and help them determine whether their firms will be affected by DAC 6s reporting obligation.
