Created during Lockdown 2020 by drag king, Dorian T. Fisk, to connect, grow and diversify the Scottish drag king scene, Shut Up & King has since supported the artistic journeys of hundreds of people interested in this art form and paved the way for drag kings to reach audiences that span the globe. With accessibility and inclusivity at the core of everything we do, our online, on-demand and in-person creative learning opportunities cover a wide range of drag king artistry skills and performance techniques from practical character makeup and special effects basics to costuming, movement and act devising tips and tricks.
