About the CPD course
The Advanced Neurodivergent Coaching Skills & Practice Programme is a pioneering online course dedicated to enhancing coaches' understanding of neurodiversity; specifically aphantasia; SDAM; alexithymia; and anauralia. Coaches will delve into strategies for working with individuals with these unique brain functions; which may limit their access to visual; auditory; emotional or memory aspects of their inner worlds. By recognising and understanding these conditions; coaches can tailor their techniques to provide optimal support. Delivered through a blend of self-paced learning; live sessions; and peer interaction; this programme empowers coaches to unlock every client's potential.
