People are complex and confidence challenges will often manifest as other things. This programme will teach delegates how to mentor for mindset and confidence using the latest neuro-scientific and behavioural science approaches. Delegates will discover how mindset works; how to diagnose and fill confidence gaps and help the people they support perform at their peak.
Hi! I'm Nicole Greenfield-Smith, founder of The Confidence Craft. I'm passionate about empowering professionals (particularly women) to create mindset mastery, kick-ass communication and big, bold behaviour that gets huge results.
