About the CPD course
Learn how to be an effective ally in the night time economy. This training will enable bar staff to identify; prevent and respond to spiking; sexual violence and other forms of inappropriate behaviour in the night time economy. We take a unique approach by looking at the perpetrator's behaviour rather than looking at what the victim could have done to protect themselves. Our trainings are delivered by women who have lived experiences of these incidents happening to them with the objective of improving safety for vulnerable people on nights out.
Offering training, policy and procedural advice to bars and nightclubs to help make the night time economy safer for customers and staff. Partnering with venues to provide a holistic service covering issues such as safeguarding, vulnerability, spiking, sexual harassment, assault and violence.
Creators of Spike Report, the world’s first publicly viewable spiking incident database to collect data on where, when and how spiking incidences are occurring as part of a continued effort to improve safety within the night time economy.
