Self Management Reflective Practice (SMRP) Training

Training Course The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland

About the CPD course

Self Management Reflective Practice (SMRP) is a training course designed for practitioners working in Scotland who support self management. The half-day session is based on the real-life experiences of people living with long term conditions and looks at what those individuals said they would like from professionals who support their self management. The session has been created to increase knowledge and understanding of self management as a person-centred approach and its benefits to both practitioners and individuals. It provides a space for participants to reflect on their practice, explore new ideas and build on the support they offer to people.
