About the CPD course

This course offers a comprehensive exploration of trauma-informed practice and awareness in the workplace; designed to enhance the mental health and well-being of all employees. Participants will gain insights into various types of trauma; learn to recognize symptoms of trauma; and understand the neurobiological and physiological responses to stress and trauma. The program emphasises creating supportive environments; enhancing communication; and developing leadership skills for fostering a trauma-informed culture. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises; attendees will be equipped with strategies to promote resilience; emotional regulation; and a positive organisational climate; ultimately leading to a more inclusive; productive; and supportive workplace.
