About the CPD course
Resilience is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties. Everyone faces adversity and challenges throughout their lives; both at work and at home; but not everyone has the capacity and internal strength to work through these challenges and bounce back quickly. Resilience is not a sign of exceptional strength; or a rare or special extraordinary quality; it is a fundamental feature of normal everyday coping skills. When you understand and learn to strengthen your coping skills; you naturally become more resilient. Resilient people tap into their strengths and support systems to help them overcome challenges and work through their problems.
