Over three days learn a full body stretch routine that can be adapted to work with massage; physio; etc. or be offered as a standalone service. Stretch Therapy is designed to address the full fascial network; enhancing performance; reducing risk of injury and pain; raising energy levels; reducing inflammation and down-regulating the nervous system improving mood; digestion and general health. This course is hands-on learning. This course focuses on the therapist; training body mechanics and skills to work efficiently; avoid injury; and lengthen career lifespan.
When you come to us for assisted stretching we take all the stress and discomfort out of stretching. We teach you how to breathe into the stretch. We deliver it at the correct intensity, for the correct duration so that your mind can be still, and your body can relax. You’ll learn what stretch should really feel like, and just how amazing you can feel when it’s done right.
