About the CPD course

Online first aid for mental health introduces the concept that all mental health is on a continuum. Learners will understand the different types of mental ill health and how to self-manage their own mental health and well-being. The second part of the course explores the concept of helping an individual suffering with mental ill health. Learners can expect to know how to recognise the signs of mental ill health; and how to set up a first aid for mental health conversation.
